All descriptions and sizes are approximate. Actual sizes, colors and styles may vary from the product displayed in our catalog. Product Displayed are representative of each item, but may not be of the actual item currently available. In foremost case if the product that you have placed with us is not available with us, We will notify you before we process your order. We will try to avail the product at the earliest or represent you with the available that we have to your requirement.


Shipments:

Our products are Handmade in Nepal with the use of all the authentic natural stone painting and use of 24 Karat gold. All our shipment will be done from Nepal. All our shipments are done through the courier service. We have tied up with Aramex as our shipping partner for strong service commitment. All your Shipments are Fast, door to door worldwide delivery at your door step. The other methods of shipment can also be provided to the customer requirement, only at the special purchase or at special request. Please feel free to write to us, we will facilitate our service to your convenient.
We are committed to deliver the goods ordered with us within Three to Four Days of date of order placed with us on non-public holiday with in 9 AM to 5 PM Nepali Standard time. We will confirm the consignments of your order with the Airway Bill, Tracking Number Provided by our Service provider with in the 24hrs of order Date to track your shipment for secured and timely delivery.


Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are based on the destination and the weight of the product. We believe in offering the quality service to our customer. The products you have purchased are highly valued and greatly weight. Shipping and handling charges are based on actual weight, size and method of shipment. The shipment weight displayed in our catalog is including your packaging. We charge your shipment on the actual weight and destination to deliver not on the value of the product. Shipment cost is based upon the size and weight of orders, each and every final destinations and mode of shipment. Orders up to 25 kg of any items can instantly ship. To inquiry for large quantity order please contact us at info@thangkagallery.com

We have tied up with Aramex as our Shipping partner. Shipment can also be done as per your requirement through other service provider through DHL UPS or SKY NET. Large volume (bulk) order for resale will be shipped by Air freight service (air Cargo, airport to airport service) as per customers' requirement.

Our catalogue prices include all the additional documentation's charge, custom clearance in Nepal, taxes, levies, packaging, local transportation in Nepal, forwarding etc.


Packaging:

Our products are handmade in Nepal with the use of all the authentic natural stone painting and use of 24 Karat gold. We take up most care to preserve your order and handle your packaging of your order placed with us. Procedure for thangka packaging is tunnel packing. The material used for packaging is P.V.C Tube, which is anti rust and cannot be bendable. Your order will be nicely folded and wrapped by lokta paper or rice-paper to give the complete Nepali handicraft souvenir.


Wholesale Orders:

Discounted wholesale prices can be availed to approved retail businesses and retail stores, for only who are ready to resale the item purchased with us. The rates shown in our catalog is only for retail. We would look forward and more than happy to provide the special rates for business partners who look to resale our products and have it accessed to their consumer to their local at prompt. We guarantee to provide the rate to meet your convenient. Special freight charge can also be provided for the orders above 25kg.Please contact us at info@thangkagallery.com for further information. Insurance and Damages:

We suggest our Customer to have the shipments insurance covered for any shipments. All most all the orders valued up to US $100 are covered by us. We recommend Mandatory 1% of the total amount of the Goods for orders valued above US $100 to cover your freight and coverage for any damage and claims. In foremost, If you receive your product that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Secure ALL packing materials and paperwork. If you notice external damage to the package at the time of delivery, alert the delivery person at that time, and, if possible, have them verify this damage in writing.


Brokerage and Claims:

For any damage or claims has to be notified within the 24hrs of Consignment. At our Regional office with reference provided the Airway Bill Number and Order ID.

Billing Verification:

Thangkagallery.com has implemented a AVS (Address Verification System) policy to protect our customers from credit card fraud on the internet. To cut down on unauthorized charges, all orders must contain the billing address that is verified for the credit card. If the order does not contain the verifiable billing address, then we must ask for further documentation. You will need to supply us with a legible faxed copy of your credit card (front & back), a copy of your driver's license or passport with your name as it appears on the credit card and your signature. When will my credit card be charged?

Thangkagallwery.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to thangkagallery.com. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

RETURNS:

Returns will only be accepted and credit given or money refunded if ALL of the following conditions are met:

1. Items must be in original condition as shipped.

2. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within seven days of delivery of the item(s). 

3. Returned item(s) must be received by us within fourteen days of the date the item was delivered.

4. Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item, and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precaution.
